ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE UK USING ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 SERVICES.

      Please allow up to 3-5 working days for orders to be processed and delivered.

        • All delivery time frames are estimations.
        • Any parcels returned due invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer.
        • The time for orders to be processed can vary according to sales & peak season like Black Friday or Christmas.

      UK SHIPPING

      STANDARD DELIVERY

      Sent with Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed Service (you will get an end tracking number as well as an email/text with the estimated date and time of delivery on the day (as long as you enter your email/phone number correctly).
      • Flat Rate Shipping fee of £4.50 on all orders.
      • (Allow 3-5 working days once dispatched by us).

      Lost Packages

      Mystics Row is not liable for any packages lost during transit. If you have not received your order, please contact Royal Mail quoting your tracking reference.

      Damages

      We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
